Problem
The machine worked before, but now the job is weak, blurry, or inconsistent.
Solution
Start with maintenance. Clean the lens and mirrors on CO2 machines, clean the galvo lens on fiber machines, confirm focus, check material height, and verify that the beam is not clipping the nozzle. Many performance problems are caused by dirty optics, poor focus, or slight alignment drift.
