Problem
The laser powers on but nothing happens when I start a job.
Solution
Check the safety chain first: emergency stop released, lid closed, water flow active for CO2 machines, correct USB/network connection, and the correct device selected in LightBurn or the control software. If motion happens but no beam appears, move to laser fire, interlock, water protection, and software power setting checks.
