Problem
The design is not the correct size after engraving or cutting.
Solution
Run a calibration test. Cut or engrave a known-size square, measure the result, then adjust steps/mm for gantry lasers or galvo scale/correction settings for fiber lasers. Also confirm the selected lens field size on fiber machines.
