Problem
The K40 Pro moves but does not fire in LightBurn.
Solution
Check that GRBL laser mode is enabled with $32=1. Confirm LightBurn S-value max matches the controller $30 value, commonly 1000. Also verify water protection, lid switch, and emergency stop.
