CO2 MIRROR ALIGNMENT CHECKLIST

Safety:
- Use low power pulses only.
- Keep the lid closed when firing.
- Never place hands in the beam path.
- Stop if you hear arcing, popping, or see unexpected fire.

Step 1: Tube to mirror 1
- Place tape/card target at mirror 1.
- Pulse at low power.
- Confirm the beam hits the mirror face cleanly.

Step 2: Mirror 1 to mirror 2
- Test near and far Y positions.
- Adjust mirror 1 until both marks overlap.

Step 3: Mirror 2 to mirror 3
- Test left and right X positions.
- Adjust mirror 2 until both marks overlap.

Step 4: Mirror 3 to nozzle
- Pulse through the nozzle target.
- Adjust mirror 3 until the beam exits near the center.

Step 5: Four-corner verification
- Test all four bed corners.
- If cutting power changes across the bed, repeat alignment and check bed level.
